Restaurants, shops and services are close by, while the coast and beaches are only a short drive away. The nearest beach is La Zenia, one of the area's popular sandy beaches. Zenia Boulevard, one of Spain's largest shopping centres with a wide selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment, is also close by. It takes around five minutes by car, and if you enjoy walking, you can easily get there on foot! Golfers are particularly well placed here too – the apartment sits almost between three well-known courses: Villamartín Golf, Campoamor Golf and Las Ramblas Golf.
